1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context requires otherwise:

4 Account Registration & KYC Verification

Opening multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, device, IP address, payment method, or household — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. kf999 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void any associated bets or bonuses, and withhold funds pending a full investigation.

You must provide accurate and complete personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and residential address. 5 Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions

5.1 Currency. All deposits, withdrawals, balances, and transactions on the kf999 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied at the player level.

6 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to a wagering requirement. This means the total value of the bonus (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered a minimum number of times before any winnings generated from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal. 9 Responsible Gaming
